Hello, my name is Cleveland Sitti. I am 27 years old and live in Bangalore. My mom is american and my dad is Indian. I work as a call center agent here in Bangalore. We service top companies like Microsoft and Dell. I am miserable in this job but I have no choice. I have to earn aliving for my family. Call center agents are like robots, we answer call everyday, following rules and guidelines. It stagnates the mind. No creativity or exercise. You can say we decay both inside and out. Call centers sprout here in India like weeds in a rose garden. Everywhere you look, there is one. Indian youths at least have a job waiting. Although call centers hire most anyone as long as they can speak. High School dropouts are welcome here too. So I really don't think call centers are a goo idea, except for the owners of course. They lure employees with money in exchange for the destruction of their being. Money makes the world go round indeed. Oh well.
